THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO WIN

INSTANT WIN

  1. Buy any specially marked NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU pack that has a ‘Golden Cup' image on the packaging, remember these are only available while stocks last so buy them while you can.
  2. Look inside for an INSTANT WIN Golden Cup device.
  3. Find one and you're an Instant Winner of a $10,000 personalised dream prize package.  There will be instructions on your INSTANT WIN Golden Cup device on how to claim your prize.  Instant prizes must be claimed by no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 7 March 2012 or they will be forfeited and awarded in the 2nd Chance Prize Draw.
  4. Whether you win or not you can have some fun online by using our Prize Menu Builder to see what your personalised prize might be if you won.
  5. There are a total of 10 instant win messages hidden in specially marked NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU packs.

2nd CHANCE DRAW

  1. Not an INSTANT WINNER or have bought any other NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU pack (ie, standard packs without ‘Golden Cup' messaging on the packaging)?
  2. Visit www.GoldenCup.co.nz
  3. REGISTER if you haven't already done so, LOGIN if you have registered previously.
  4. Enter the last six digits of your barcode from any specially marked or any other NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU pack.
  5. You will receive one entry for every barcode entered but you must keep your purchase receipt that shows a product purchase for every entry made.
  6. Entry in the 2nd Chance Prize Draw closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 7 March 2012.  Draw held on Wednesday 14 March 2012.
  7. There are 3 prizes to be awarded in the 2nd Chance Draw PLUS any instant prizes that have not been claimed by the deadline.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. I can't find any specially marked NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU packs in my supermarket?
A. These special promotional packs are only while stocks last so they may have run out. However any NESCAFÉ CAFÉ MENU pack can be used to enter the 2nd CHANCE DRAW.
   
Q. Why do I have to REGISTER to participate in the 2nd CHANCE DRAW?
A. This is just like completing a standard entry form for a competition, but you only have to complete this once. The next time you want to enter the draw you just need to LOGIN and enter your barcode(s), no need to complete the form again.
   
Q. By completing the REGISTER form does that mean I am signing up to receive ongoing communication?
A. No.  We will only communicate with you if the communication is relevant to this particular promotion - unless you tick the opt-in box when completing your registration form to receive on-going communication from Nestlé and its brands.
   
Q. Do I have to choose my prize package in advance with the Prize Package Builder?
A. No,  if you are a winner we will liaise with you as to what prize combinations you would like to choose up to the value of $10,000 from the prizes on offer.  The Prize Menu Builder is available for you to have a bit of fun online and dream about what your prize package would be if you won. You can change your prize package combinations at any stage during the promotion by logging in and going to your PRIZE MENU.
   
Q. How do I update my details that I gave on my REGISTER form?
A. Go to your Registration Confirmation Email that you received when you first registered for the promotion and click the UPDATE DETAILS link on the bottom of the email. 
   
Q. I can't select more than one of each prize item and I can't get my dream prize combination to be exactly $10,000 on the Prize Menu Builder?
A. Prize items can only be selected and used once for your prize package combination.  As to your chosen prizes not equalling exactly $10,000 - there are a number of prize combinations that do equal $10,000.  REVIEW your selection and 'clear all prizes' then please try another combination. If, however, you get your prize combination to within $500 of the $10,000 allocation (ie, can only get to $9,500 and there are NO MORE prizes at $500 value available to add into your selection) and you would like to keep it as is, we would be happy to top up your prize selection (if you are a winner) with a further $500 'Me Time' package – there's no need to do anything further.
